I typically see clients on a weekly basis, although alternative scheduling arrangements can be made to suit your needs. My standard rate for individual therapy is $165 for a 50 minute session and $175/session for couples/family therapy. 

 

I am not a member of any health insurance plans or panels, meaning that I do not collect co-pays or bill insurance companies for reimbursement of services provided.  Although I am not an in-network provider, I will provide you with any documentation that you need to file for out-of-network reimbursement. Many clients prefer not to use insurance due to privacy concerns, the limitations of working with formal diagnoses, limits placed on number of sessions and types of treatment, and potential impact on permanent health records. If you prefer to bill your insurance company to defer the cost of counseling, I will be happy to provide referrals for insurance providers.
