Individual Therapy
I work with adults navigating a wide range of challenges, including anxiety, depression, grief, life transitions, trauma, relationship concerns, self-esteem, and questions of meaning, spirituality, and identity. Whatever brings you in, my goal is to help you understand yourself more fully and make changes that actually hold.
My approach is attachment-based and relationally focused. I draw on CBT, ACT, and mindfulness to give us practical tools, while trauma-informed principles ensure we work at a pace that feels grounded and safe. Sessions are 50 minutes and typically weekly, though Iām happy to discuss what cadence works best for you.
